Street vender Style Beef, Chicken, Fish and Pork Tacos, Beef and Chicken Taquitos accompanied by assorted Salsas and condiments (add Shrimps for $3.00 per guest)

 

  • Vegetarian Buffet

Hummus and Olive Tapenade Spread, Veggie Pizzettes, Veggie Tortilla Roll-ups, Roasted Mushroom Canapé, and Veggie Egg Rolls with Mae Ploy Sauce

Selection of Mouthwatering Garden Vegetable to Include; Asparagus, Bell Pepper, Eggplant, Zucchini, Squash, Mushroom Marinated Tomatoes and Olives

Domestic and Imported Cheese, Grilled-Marinated Vegetables and Cold cuts Garnished with Fresh Fruit, Nuts and Biscuits

Thai Style Shrimp Cocktail, Fresh Shocked Oysters, Baja Style Baked Mussels, Maryland Style Crab Cakes and Scallop Saint-Jacques (add Sushi Rolls for $5.00 per guest or Assorted Poke)
